Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry that there were delays with your delivery, and a box of crackers was missing from the initial order. This doesn't meet our expectations, and after investigating we discovered the carrier we use unfortunately lost one of the boxes, resulting in further delays when sending out a new box to you.
