It is always great to hear about the performance of our catering equipment and we are particularly pleased that the disposable glasses you purchased proved to be a hit with your customers. We are aware of various disposable glasses on the market, however, as with all of the products that we include in our catalogue, we spend a lot of time and effort to ensure that we select products that fit our customers’ requirements. We are currently in the process of compiling our 2014 catalogue and are keen to listen to all of our customers’ feedback with regards to product performance, which proves to be valuable when selecting next year’s equipment. I am really sorry that we missed the email that you sent to us on the 23rd of August. We take our customer service seriously and we are sad to have disappointed you. As discussed in our telephone conversation, we are now taking steps to ensure that we are able to reply to all customer queries at the earliest possible opportunity. We are currently trialling the use of the feedback system in order to improve our service and to better understand our customer requirements. We would like to thank you for highlighting the areas you felt we could easily improve on. In response to your feedback, we are investigating further with our customer service team to understand why we did not communicate the further delay in shipping the product to you. We will also communicate with the manaufacture that there was a fault on the plate to ensure our high quality standards are constantly met.
