Thank you for your feedback. Following your telephone conversation with our Customer Service Team on the 16th September, we have credited the damaged items in full. We are sorry that the items did not reach you in the best possible condition and we have now changed how we package crockery items to try and reduce the breakage risk further. We are pleased that you have since ordered more items from our Dudson range, these items are now ready and awaiting collection at your earliest convenience from our Cash and Carry in Stockport.
