I had a issue with 3 of my candles and emailed to say what the problem was and they happily sent me out a candle free of charge which was very nice and kept my interest to purchase again I struggled...

We do try to ensure that our products are packaged well so that they travel safely, without using too much so that it is wasteful. All of our products are wrapped in brown paper for easy recycling.
