And STILL, even with this response from SPCA, this person with a disability that makes it very difficult as well, EXTREMELY painful to use my fingers(for txt/type/etc) has yet to receive the requested TELEPHONE CALL. which does not require using my fingers, thereby being my preferred method of communicating!
