A seamless ordering and dispatch process. Unfotunately Parcelforce failed to deliver (ubder investigation) so I cannot fully rate sparksdirect as I have not received the items I ordered.
Incredible service. Sparks contacted me to ensure I knew the difference between the product I ordered and a similar fire-rated version which would have avoided having to return/reorder my products.
