On our side, we packed and shipped the item as soon as possible, but the courier company has been delaying and missing the delivery. We will take this up with them, and we will raise a complaint.
As per our email update, we are sorry to hear concerning this situation - this should not happen. We will refund you the full value of the order once the parce is returned to us. Thank you for your business.

Issue purely lies with Royal Mail and so the matter has been resolved and I now have a refund.
