Delivery was promised by the following day if ordering before 3 pm. I ordered Thursday morning and only got the order on Saturday. Had to rush to buy a canister somewhere else for Friday's dinner.

This is not the usual standard of service from our courier. We did complain to the carrier and they did upgrade the delivery to a Saturday. I do apologise that we have let you down on this occasion.

Their standard delivery was next day, wonderful service from them and Parcel Force.
The vacuum sealer that I originally ordered was not in stock, but the company was quickly in touch and offered an upgrade to a better product for free. Delivery was quick. Pricing was competitive....
very nice indeed to talk to the Chef he was the one who told me really what's going on. Sales was sales but if the sales person used the product more then they might not need the chef!
