The discount code is sent a week after your first purchase of a book to try and entice you to return and actually buy the equipment. This is the same service most ecommerce businesses offer.
I am surprised with your feedback if we have offered you money of your next purchase. Most people would love this! Some people do just like complaining and being negative though!
