Dear Jean,
We are very disappointed to read this negative feedback. It seems you have your information factually incorrect on this occasion. We do not insist that the goods are inspected on delivery, as we realise how unrealistic this would be. Point 11.7 of our T&C's clearly states that you have 24hours to report any damages. This then allows us to raise a claim on the carrier and issue you with new goods, so that no party is out of pocket, or any contact of supply broken.
We are very happy to know that we have delivered the item in excellent working order. So why the 1 star we are very unsure.
It is a shame that you felt the need to leave us 1 star, especially as we delivered the next working day in good condition.
I should also point out that this particular product comes with a 5 year warranty, so should any fault develop you are more than covered by ourselves.
