Dear Ian Stone,
I am very confused by your feedback following your subsequent calls with our office. You refused a refund, explaining that you wanted to wait for the replacement sealer. We even offered you an alternative more expensive sealer as well.
I believe my colleague Suzanne has called you today and offered a full refund again to which you have declined again.
I am sorry that it does not seem that we can please you in what ever we do.
