Delivery service was fast as always with sousvidetools. However, my item came without an instruction manual. I queried this with sousvidetools by email, and I'm still waiting for a response.

Apologies about this. The goods come into us in sealed boxes from Excalibur, so this has been missed by the factory.
I believe we have been in touch and sent on a user manual.

We apologise for this delay, it was with the carrier and we had no notification of the issue. The item was shipped on the day of order on a next day service. Unfortunately Parcelforce then failed with their part of the contract and this resulted in us letting you down. We have since moved all deliveries to DPD to ensure this does not happen again.
