Order and dispatch was excellent, I am using the SousVide supreme sealer and having a lot of seal failures, the bags appear to vacuum and seal ok, 24+ hrs later air has leaked back in.
There was a hiccup due to a typo on their website, which resulted in me being disappointed with my order. I am pleased to report that when I informed them they immediately remedied the situation...
