The ordering and delivery of my Control Freak Cooker was excellent and quick.
However the Product is not functioning correctly and I am not getting any help to date. Sousvide Tools have not helped....
I needed to speak to someone before my purchase for some advice. Got nothing but solid no nonsense, honest answers to my questions. SousvideTools really are a company you can trust.
Absolutely disaster of a order no customer service or compensation after you messed up order and wastes my time items took extra 4 days to arrive after your errors
