Thank you for taking the time to provide us with a review of the service received. The tracking information comes directly from our courier, APC, and not the email which we send out. However, if you did not receive this then we sincerely apologise and will do our best to look into the reason why. Sometimes it can be as simple as the email going into a junk folder! Nevertheless, we hope you enjoy your purchase!
