Royal Mail are normally extremely reliable so please accept our apologies for this disappointment. I am very happy to hear that you have received the resent parcel that we sent out to you. The reason we asked you to confirm if your parcel was at your local post office is because occasionally parcels do not fit through our customers letterboxes and so they are returned to the post office where they can be collected or re-delivered. I am very sorry to hear about any confusion caused. A UK size 12.5 - 3.5 is a euro size 31 - 36, therefore I believe that the product packaging is wrong. My deepest apologies for this.
