Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I have no issue with the 1 hour delay for the outbound as the rep staff were courteous about it, plus the text message was a nice touch too. However, a coach with a locked toilet for a 4 hour journey...

Thanks for your feedback. We apologise for the delay to your journey setting off...but we're glad you were kept well-informed and looked after. I will investigate your return journey with our French partners as this is not the normal quality of vehicle or driver that we expect.

I was a little surprised on your comment about the price. Return shared transfer for one person is £80 which is one of the cheapest shared transfers you can get. When you take into account the cost of car hire, petrol, and parking fees then it would be much more expensive I think...

Hi. Thanks for your positive review about your journey between Geneva and Val d'Isere. While we love the snow, it has definitely made this season particularly difficult on the roads so far. We're glad that everything worked for you on your trip. The drivers do work particularly hard to make sure all customers get where they need to be despite road closures and difficult driving conditions. We hope to see you again in the future...
