Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback and for using the food for so many years, we really do appreciate it. Regarding the stickiness, we’ve actually increased the Weetsweet content, and since moving to a single-kibble process the coating is stickier than ever. That said, we have to be careful not to apply too much, as in colder weather it can set rock hard, which causes issues during handling and feeding. It’s very much about finding the right balance to ensure consistency year-round. On the sample packs, thank you for the comment. We’ll take that on board. Our samples have always been standard 100g packs, as this is generally enough to try a different diet and see whether dogs enjoy it and get on well with it before moving to a full bag.
