Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

A great wash

Always timely as per regular order. The only thing I’m not particularly fond of is the childproof packaging! I have no children around and I have arthritis so it’s a bit ‘me’ proof too unfortunately.

We welcome feedback always and in this instance we totally understand and we also have team members that suffer with arthritis or neurological issues. We are restricted by the laws that are in place to protect children. So we would be unable to provide different packaging for individuals without children. We do, however, recommend that you use a flat surface with a wall to the left side and push your pack against the wall (follow instructions and remove all tabs) and then push the other tabs in and tilt your box upwards and slide the drawer out - this will help with the mechanism and aid a smoother glide of the drawer. Over all if ripping or cutting your packs with scissors and decanting into a container is the best option for you then we totally support you.
