Thank you so much for your kind words about our reminders and delivery service. It’s great to hear that we’re helping you stay on top of your supplies! I am very sorry to hear that you struggle with our packaging due to arthritis. We designed our packs to be child-safe, but we totally understand and we also have team members that suffer with arthritis or neurological issues. We do recommend that you use a flat surface with a wall to the left side and push your pack against the wall (follow instructions and remove all tabs) and then push the other tabs in and tilt your box upwards and slide the drawer out - this will help with the mechanism and aid a smoother glide of the drawer. Over all if ripping or cutting your packs with scissors and decanting into a container is the best option for you then we totally support you.
