We certainly understand the frustration. While our plastic-free cardboard boxes are designed with a specific child-impeding mechanism for safety, we know it can be a little fiddly to open. We are always looking for ways to improve our designs to make them more user-friendly while keeping them safe and sustainable, so we’ll be sure to pass your comments on to the team. In the meantime, many of our customers find that once the box is open, transferring the capsules to a permanent container (kept safely out of reach of children) makes laundry day much easier!
