We welcome feedback always, and in this instance, we totally understand how you feel. We even have team members here who suffer with arthritis or neurological issues and find certain packaging a challenge. We are currently restricted by the laws in place to protect children, which means we are unable to provide different packaging for individuals without children at home. However, we do have a tip that might help! We recommend using a flat surface with a wall to the left side and pushing your pack against that wall while following the instructions to remove the tabs. Pushing the other tabs in and tilting the box upwards as you slide the drawer can help the mechanism glide more smoothly. Ultimately, if ripping or cutting your packs with scissors and decanting the contents into a container is the best option for you, we totally support you in doing that
