We are concerned to hear that you have sent a number of emails to us but were not contacted immediately by one of our renewals executives. I have checked this with our IT department and they cannot locate any emails from your email address to equiries@gelinsurance.co.uk. It may be possible that you had an old Gel email address for us which is no longer operational. I can see that one of the renewals team sent the quotation initially but you had not received this so we do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you, we are generally very prompt in responding to any email requests.
