Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Please accept our apologies if you have still not received the welcome email with your full policy documentation. I have checked the online portal and the email has actually been sent 3 times, the 28th May, 29th May and 22nd June. I am going to issue your documents 1st class post today whilst I check if there is a technical issue on our side, we would also ask that you check your other folders as it can sometimes appear in your junk folder.
