Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Reasonably competitive but after agreeing quote did receive another quote although too late which was £200 less for the same cover

Thank you for your feedback, I can see from the on-line portal activity that we did email your full policy documents on the 4th February 2016, this can sometimes go into your junk folder. We will email them again for you today and also send a hard copy 1st class post. Our rates are extremely competitive which is why we are confident in offering a price match guarantee on any like for like alternative quotation. We do send out our renewal invites at least 25 days prior to the renewal date giving our clients plenty of time to shop around should they wish to do so.
