Thank you so much for your review, we appreciate your feedback! However, I'm not seeing a delay in shipping on this particular order. It looks like this order was placed on 7/8/24 at 4:06pm. Your designated account manager approved the order at 2:11pm on 7/9/24; it was then released to our team for processing. Our team shipped the order that same afternoon, and it is a 2-day transit from our warehouse to your location. Was there a different order that was delayed?
