Hi Leah, thanks for your response. I actually came originally for my chronic pain following a minor injury, which is inextricably linked to anxiety. I’m still considering doing the short pain protocol if meditation can’t permanently keep the pain/anxiety in check. I’ll see how I go. If I decide on more treatment, I’d like to discuss it with April, if that’s possible? She’s an amazing asset to your company.
