Prior to the booking being made the website advised on the car park summary and more information that there is a £6.00 access fees payable on entry and exit. We do not own or operate any of the car parks and as such we can only provide the information provided to us by the car parks. We therefore do not have any control over the initial car parking prices that are shown on our price comparison website, they are provided by the car parking companies directly and we are on live rates which means that the prices are subject to change on a half hourly basis. The price advised via live chat was not double the price of the original car parking fee. We were contacted via live chat however, the chat was disconnected prior to our customer service agent being able to respond to your request.
