SkyParkSecure.com are a price comparison website and booking agent for car parking services at all the major airports in the UK, we do not own/operate the car parks or provide the service but we are concerned to hear of your experience. The car parks input their availability on our website directly, as they know how many spaces they have available and will take bookings through lots of booking agents. They have advised us that this has been a knock on effect of the BA strikes as they had 280 vehicles that should have been collected still on site as their owners were delayed returning due to cancelled flights. We do have a complaints procedure and any complaint must be sent in to us in writing as we will contact the car parking company on your behalf to enable them to investigate and respond to you accordingly.
