SkyParkSecure are a Price Comparison Website and Booking Agent based in Blackpool, we do not own/operate the Car Parks or provide the service. The East Midlands Airport - Jet Parks 2 is owned and operated by The Manchester Airport Group Plc - M.A.G (Bournemouth, East Midlands, Manchester and Stansted Airports). The East Midlands Airport - Jet Parks 2 has an overstay charge of £10.00 so it looks as though this is what you were charged, the Car Park also has an intercom button which is manned 24 hours a day to deal with Customer queries or you had you contacted our Customer Service Team directly we would be happy to investigate this for you. Please send a copy of your receipt and your Booking Reference to info@skyparksecure.com we will have a look into this for you. We look forward to hearing from you.
