Hi Zamira, We're sorry to hear that you would describe our booking services as bad. I have had a look into your booking and can see that you contacted our Customer Service Team as you were unable to locate your booking. We noticed that the email address provided at the time of booking was incorrect so we updated this and resent your booking confirmation to you. We also amended the passenger numbers on your booking as per your request however we haven't received any further communication from you since. If you experienced a problem with our booking services and would like us to investigate this for you, please send the details and your booking reference to info@skyparksecure.com
