Skyparksecure.com are a price comparison website and booking agent and do not own or operate the car parking services. As such, we are bound by their terms and conditions.
As a company, we have done everything possible to assist customers who were affected by the collapse of Thomas Cook, by waiving our cancellation fees and contacted all car parks at airports that Thomas Cook flew from to ask them of authorisation to cancel any affected bookings.
The original booking that you made, which was a different car park to this one, was a non-flexible booking which was sold to you at a further discount on the basis that it cannot be cancelled or amended.
Due to the collapse of Thomas Cook, the car park did advise that we would be able to amend the dates of the car parking with them, but that we could not cancel and refund the booking. This was as a gesture of goodwill as the booking was non-flexible, and the booking should not have been amended at all.
Unfortunately, your new booking was for a different airport, and therefore we were unable to amend the dates with the car park that you booked, as they do not operate at this airport.
We are very sorry that we were unable to cancel and refund your booking on this occasion, but this was not a decision that was down to ourselves on this occasion.
We hope that this wouldn't deter you from using our price comparison website in the future.
