Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review The car park booked only allow customers to enter and exit once. This is due to the car park using and ANPR system and once you exit the car park the booking is closed. The car park did not advise they would allow customer to re-enter for cancellations relating to the air traffic control and have only advised for customers to make any claims on their travel insurance.
