Dear Nick, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Meet and Greet car parks operate by meeting customers at the terminal and then take the vehicle to their secure compound where the vehicle is stored until the customer return when the vehicle is returned back to the terminal. Prior to the car park being selected the website advised the arrival procedure and this included the requirement to call 40 minutes prior to arrival. The website also advised the secure car park is less than 1 mile from Airport and your vehicle would be parked for you. Once the booking was made the information was also stated on the booking confirmation and should this not have been suitable our customer service team could have been contacted.
