Dear Donna, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Prior to the booking being made the website advised under more information - Purple Parking Park and Ride has a height restriction of 2.1m and cannot accept commercial vehicles or minibuses of any kind. Large panelled or windowed vans such as a Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter, Renault Master, Ford Transit or long wheel-based vehicles of any description are not accepted at this car park We are sorry if the details were not viewed however, this was available to view prior to selecting the car park and making the booking and we do advise customer to read all the available information prior to making a booking.
