Thank you for your review which we have taken into consideration.  Next year we will provide three course only with a much 'healthier' ethos, full of vegetables etc.  Delighted to hear that you enjoyed the company of our staff.  Georgia as you have noted was not up to scratch and left the company soon after your visit - we pride ourselves on our staff and did not feel she was right for the role.

We are sorry to hear of your thoughts about the ski area.  I can only imagine that it was due to the poor snow cover.  We hope to see you return in the near future with far better snow conditions!  All the very best.
