Thank you for your feedback and delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us in Chalet Rostaing...really happy you mentioned the new terrace balcony which is a real treat after skiing!

We have taken your comments on board and have decided next year to offer 3 courses at dinner with a strong 'healthy eating'  ethos.  This will allow more time to be dedicated to kids dinner and for afternoon tea, which should always be made daily! Sadly we are unable to police this as much as we would like.

We apologies for the miss-hap at the airport and hope you understand that this is not a reflection on Ski Peak but more the taxi company.  We do email driver mobile numbers to guests and vice versa in advance so that problems can be dealt with quickly and efficiently!

It was lovely to have you all as guests in our chalet.  We know you were looking forward to dining and enjoying the vaulted ceiling dining room for some time!  We hope it lived up to your expectation along with the food :-)
