Thank you for replying to our feedback request and thank you for your lovely review. Delighted to hear that everything was perfect from the moment you arrived to the moment you left. Hopefully your wrist is on the mend from your fall and we hope to see you return to the comfort of Chalet Saskia soon.

Vous êtes très gentil de comprendre que l'usure normale se déchire. Nous essayons d'améliorer les chalets chaque année, mais il est parfois difficile de faire tout ce que nous voulons! Votre groupe a été un plaisir d'accueillir et nous espérons vous revoir bientôt, peut-être directement!?

Blij om te horen dat je genoten hebt van de volledige Ski Peak-service en de spa. We waren erg blij dat je besloten hebt om met ons mee te gaan, relatief last minute vanwege je annulering elders. Hopelijk zien we je de komende jaren terugkomen!

We loved having you and you family stay with us this year. Together, with the other side it was very fun week to host so thank you. Very pleased to hear that your pre-arrival experience was as good as it could have been! Hopefully we shall see you return soon.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to our feedback request and we appreciate your thoughts and feelings. Timings for service can sometimes be a little off and yes it can be frustrating to wait. These are points Matthew, our chef has been working on. Luckily there is always a full continental breakfast set up, with fresh bread and croissants etc so one can always stock up for the day. Next year, we hope to see Matthew return with a speedier service! In any case, glad to hear that every other aspect of your holiday was a great success :-)

We love having your clan return every year, it's a particular highlight of ours. Delighted to hear that your stay in Saskia was everything you hoped it would be. Thank you also for spreading the good word of Ski Peak, hopefully we shall continue for years to come!

We like the sound 'seriously exceptional' In-fact perhaps we should probably quote that on the website! Thank you so much for coming back to Chalet Saskia with your daughter and showing your interest in returning with a large group next year, finger crossed we can make it work! Your kind words about the staff are very pleasing to hear too, it sounds like you were looked after very well, as every guest should!

Il peut être assez difficile d'adapter le service et le menu que nous proposons pour quelque chose hors de l'ordinaire, mais notre contact avant et pendant votre séjour a été très instructif et utile. Nous espérons voir votre groupe revenir prochainement.
