Thanks for your feedback Keith, I've had a look into your order and I can see that we dispatched your Bearings on the next working day, Monday 5th June, you chose our 'Free Delivery' option which is Royal Mail 48. This is a 2-3 day service and as you say, it arrived with you on Thursday which is 3 days from dispatch as expected.

I would like to apologies for missing your email on Wednesday 4th, we should have responded to you and we will make changes to avoid this happening again.
