Good Afternoon, Thank you for your recent review. Supplements take approximately six to eight weeks to be fully absorbed into the system. With all herbal products it is trial and error to see which product is best for you as not everyone reacts to them in the exact same way. It is likely that you may not not know if the supplement is truly working for you unless you stop taking them, due to how long they take to absorb into the system.
