I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the delivery time on your recent order.
Looking at your account I can see that your order was placed on Monday 20th May and was checked out with the standard 2-3 working day delivery service. It left our warehouse on the same day and the tracking is showing it was delivered on Friday 24th May; on the 4th working day. Please accept our apologies for the delay in receiving your order and please be assured that your comments have been passed onto Evri as feedback. We do reply on our nominated couriers to deliver our parcels in a safe and time manner and I am sorry this did not happen. Please be assured we have logged a delivery complaint with Evri for both parcels sent, and also internally for future consideration.
