Dopo un paio di email ed un messaggio su Facebook, finalmente sono stato contattato dal customer care. Ora aspetto la risoluzione anche se i tempi sembrano lunghi, mi hanno preventivato una risposta entro 28 giorni. Spero si concluda per il meglio !
