didn't tell me where and when i had to take the shuttle, i called the service and gave me the wrong address, in conclusion i lost the shuttle and i had to pay extra 40€ for the taxi...

servizio puntutale. Ottimo sito web ma ho da fare 2 critiche:
1. necessario stampare la prenotazione (non sempre è possibile)
2. sul voucher non c'è scritto l'orario in cui passerà il pullman...
