Ringrazio per la risposta ma ribadisco che non avendo potuto usufruire del servizio prepagato per auto non adatta al trasporto di 4 adulti con bagaglio aspetto di essere rissrcito di quanto pagato per un servizio non effettuato. Attendo un riscontro in merito al rissrcimento prima di intraprendere altre iniziative. Saluti Walter Losma
