Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with this information as it enables us to move forward as a company in the future. Please accept our apologies for the problems you have encountered with this order. We are currently looking into other methods of acquiring our shutters which will give our customers less of a lead time before receiving their orders. We have a measurement guide on our website which states where to take measurements for recess and to add the required figures to allow the shutter to fit correctly. Our customer care team are currently in the process of expanding and improving to compensate for a high influx or orders recently. Please contact us direct should you require any further assistance.
