Hi Janie, thanks for your response. It has been resolved, but it took a while. When I queried only receiving part of my package with no explanation, surely the best way to manage my query would have been to say: you didn't receive your entire package due to damages in the warehouse. We only sent four of the six, we won't be gettting any more of those mugs, so we will refund the money for two mugs. Instead it took three separate emails because I was getting one answer at a time, over the course of three days. Surely it's easier and more efficient to wrap it up in one email, or better still, do what other online retailers do and send an email when you know there is a problem. Don't wait for the customer to receive an incomplete package. It shouldn't have been up to me to chase it up.
The reviews on Product Review are really something to be concerned about. I appreciate your response but after my experience, and reading everyone else's, I realise I got off lightly but won't be risking it again.
