The scales I bought were described and pictured as white but in reality they were a murky glass green colour and had to be returned. I wouldn't have bought them if I had realised this.

I've escalated this with our customer service manager and someone will be in touch with you today.
Extremely happy .Ordered a Baccarat pan 1/2 price . No postage and delivered in 4 days and i live in a rural area. It was packed really well. Best on line service i have ever received.

We have actually been in the process of moving to a new state of the art warehouse which is why this caused delays in some orders being delivered.I'm pleased to say that the warehouse move is now complete and this means there will be no more issues with delivery times, quicker delivery, and many more new products available on the website.
