Sorry to hear about this. I've tracked your order through Aus Post with your tracking number and it says it was awaiting collection at Padding ton Post Shop. Please can you confirm if you have now received it?
Wrong product sent to what was ordered , no response to email asking for exchange process and not follow up very disappointed. Happy for them to reach out and remedy but so far no contact.

I bought a kitchen aid stand mixer. It arrived before the expected delivery date and was well packaged...but the mixer was upside down! I rang kitchen aid and they think it will be ok.
