Thank you for leaving a review with Feefo with regard to your recent Battery Charged purchase.We note that your review states that we didn’t make it clear before purchase that the smart charger that you bought was not suitable for the initial charge of the classic battery that you also bought.We have taken on board your comment and will reword the description on the website for the model that you bought to reiterate that it is a maintenance charger.What we do note is that we cannot always know the reasons behind a purchase and we obviously don’t know what level of experience or equipment that a customer already has – which is why in two separate e-mails prior to shipping, we advised you to seek advice if there was anything you were unsure about.We are sorry that you feel let down and hope that you will bear us in mind in the future.
