Ordered my product and did not receive it until nearly 3 weeks later after I lodged a complaint. And I paid $10 shipping. Useless.

I can confirm that your order was received on the 22nd, Dispatched from us on the 26th of August and received to you on the 12th of September.
While we did our part unfortunately the delay was with AUSPOST and the restrictions and volume they are facing with deliveries in Melbourne at this time.
